Overview
JRB Vision allows users to connect third-party accounts such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X for private analytics and productivity features. This page explains how to disconnect those accounts and how to request deletion of data stored by JRB Vision.
How to disconnect a connected account
- Users may disconnect third-party accounts inside JRB Vision where supported: open the Content section, find the platform card under Platform Health / Connected Accounts, and choose Disconnect.
- Access tokens for disconnected accounts will no longer be used.
- Disconnecting revokes JRB Vision's ongoing access and deletes the stored authentication tokens for that platform.
How to request deletion of stored data
To request deletion of your JRB Vision account data, email joebrucesheahan@gmail.comwith the subject line "JRB Vision Data Deletion Request." Please include the email address associated with your JRB Vision account and the connected platform you want deleted, if applicable.
After receiving a deletion request, we will delete or anonymize applicable account connection data, tokens, analytics snapshots, and related user data unless retention is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
What data may be deleted
- Account connection records and stored authentication tokens for connected platforms.
- Imported analytics snapshots (views, likes, comments, shares, and similar metrics).
- User-generated content stored in JRB Vision (content ideas, notes, trades, goals, journals).
- Profile information associated with your JRB Vision account.
What data may remain
- Data we are required to retain for security, legal, or operational reasons (for example, fraud-prevention or audit records), retained only as long as necessary.
- Content on the third-party platforms themselves. Deleting data from JRB Vision does not delete content from third-party platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or X. Users must manage or delete content directly on those platforms.
