These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JRB Vision (the "Service"), a personal intelligence operating system that connects your accounts, stores your data, and provides analytics and AI-generated insights. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
JRB Vision lets you connect third-party accounts, import and organize your own data, and receive analytics and AI-generated insights across your connected platforms and personal records. The Service is provided for your personal use.

We use your data to operate the Service, generate analytics and AI insights, and maintain and improve reliability and security. Insights are derived from your real connected data; we do not fabricate metrics.
JRB Vision integrates with third-party services including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Google, and may add further integrations over time. When you connect a platform, you authorize JRB Vision to access the read-only data permitted by that platform's scopes. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. We request only the permissions needed for analytics and do not post, message, comment, or take actions on your behalf.
You retain ownership of the content you provide. You may access, export, or delete your data, and you may disconnect any connected account at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for complying with the terms of any connected platform.
You can disconnect a connected platform at any time from the Connected Accounts screen. Disconnecting revokes JRB Vision's ongoing access to that platform. Previously imported analytics remain in your account until you delete them. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Insights and analytics are informational only and are not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JRB Vision is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
