1. Data we collect

• Account information — your email address and profile details.
• User-generated content — data you create in JRB Vision, such as content ideas, notes, trades, goals, and journals.
• Connected platform data — read-only analytics and basic profile information from platforms you choose to connect (for example, video/post metrics, view/like/comment/share counts, follower counts, and handles).
• Authentication tokens — access and refresh tokens for connected platforms, stored securely server-side and never exposed to your browser.
• Usage data — technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Operate and provide the Service.
• Generate analytics and AI-generated insights from your real connected data.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate with you about your account.

Insights are derived only from your actual data; we do not fabricate metrics.

3. Third-party integrations

JRB Vision integrates with third-party services including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Google, and may add further integrations over time. When you connect a platform, we access only the read-onlydata permitted by the scopes you approve — enough to show analytics and insights. We do not post, send messages, comment, or perform actions on your behalf. Data obtained from each platform is used solely to provide the Service to you and is handled in accordance with that platform's developer policies in addition to this Policy.

4. No sale of personal data

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may use trusted infrastructure providers (such as hosting and database services) strictly to operate the Service on our behalf.

5. Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Access and review the data associated with your account.
• Export your data.
• Delete your data or your account.
• Disconnect any connected platform, revoking JRB Vision's further access.

6. Account disconnection & retention

Disconnecting a platform from the Connected Accounts screen immediately revokes JRB Vision's ongoing access and deletes the stored authentication tokens for that platform. Analytics previously imported into your account remain until you delete them or close your account. When you delete data or your account, we remove the associated records, subject to any limited retention required for legal or security purposes. 7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Authentication tokens are stored server-side and are never sent to the client. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Children

JRB Vision is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
